Looking For Ladies Bandanas

word from the President of S4D - Solar For Development

Life is a process unique, rare, fragile and precious in the whole universe: "Preserve it, keep it."

Indeed scientists around the world, grouped in the IPCC concluded that the activity Rights has led to a high concentration in the atmosphere of greenhouse gas emissions responsible for global warming. They warn that if nothing is changed in the short term
trend is irreversible, endangering the lives of future generations.

It is urgent is the message delivered at the COP15 in Copenhagen in December 2009. However, it is equally inconceivable to oppose the economic development needed to create wealth , conservation of this nature that allows life to exist.

Association S4D - Solar For Development, was created on the basis of this dual requirement, proposing to promote renewable energy, and solar in particular, as an instrument in the service sustainable Development of the planet in general and Africa in particular.

"Africa portentosa" prodigious Africa, Africa extraordinary, exclaimed the Greeks and Romans to the discovery of Africa. Fertile and nurturing since the dawn of time, the cradle of humanity, who was born and prosper rights across the globe, which has seen the wonders of the creative genius of modern man driven by the need taming an environment that was hostile to him.

Today, all players agree to say that humanity has pushed the control of nature as to endanger it, calling into question its own existence.

This Africa that we love are suffering from various ailments often apprehended through the lens of economic underdevelopment and social development, with its attendant scourges such as under-nutrition, high mortality, lack of potable water and electricity, disease endemic wars,
illiteracy, primary economies with low added value, etc..

The paradox is that Africa, the continent's least developed, least populated, however, continues to represent a chance for the future of humanity, because it is also the least polluted and has many resources.

Recognizing that development is everyone's business, so we must be in action to build a better future for this generation and generations to come. I invite you to take ownership of this tool is S4D to allow the creative genius of
man from Africa to continue his work to build and consolidate the gains of peace, development and the welfare of our people.

Happy New Year 2010 to all.
