I'm sorry for having neglected the blog so much! This winter I trained together often in the shape of the twins Ciotti and some new entries (and Fassinotti Chesani). After the operation the eyes, which went very well, I started gradually, very slowly, to train without overdoing it. This year was very nice and although it is not the icing on the cake I can not complain. I must admit it was also quite stressful and be able to cope with these emotions is not easy. In fact, start training in November was a bit 'hard and I found that others who were with me in Beijing, spent a lot at evendo nervous, as I needed to regenerate and for a short time forget athletics: D.
Officially I started out at a session of indoor shooting technique for a study of form and jump to a meeting of only the high jump at Hirson (FRA) respectively, where I arrived with the first and third with 2.21 m 2, 23m. Tonight I leave for Moscow, where I expect a race with the participation of many famous names, then Russia as the homeland of the high jumper, I expect a great show off their talents.
